PD-Design Terms of purchase

1. General
1.1 These purchase conditions apply to all purchases made on the website www.pd-design.com (hereinafter referred to as “the website”) from the date of purchase.

1.2 PD-Design reserves the right to change these purchase conditions without prior notice. It is the customer’s responsibility to regularly review the terms and conditions for any changes.

2. Order and Contract
2.1 By placing an order on the website, the customer confirms that he is of legal age and has the right to enter into a contract.

2.2 An order is considered a binding agreement between the customer and PD-Design as soon as an order confirmation has been sent to the e-mail address provided by the customer.

3. Prices and Payment
3.1 All prices on the website are quoted in the currency indicated. Prices do not include any shipping or customs fees, which are charged separately.

3.2 Payment can be made using the payment methods listed on the website. PD-Design reserves the right to refuse certain payment methods.

4. Delivery and Shipping
4.1 Delivery time may vary depending on the product and destination. PD-Design aims to deliver the order as soon as possible, but cannot guarantee an exact delivery time.

4.2 Shipping costs are additional and are clearly stated before the customer’s confirmation of purchase.

5. Right of withdrawal and returns
5.1 The customer has the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. The right of withdrawal only applies if the goods are returned in undamaged condition and in their original packaging.

5.2 Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the return is due to an error on the part of PD-Design.

6.1 Any errors or defects in delivered products shall be reported to PD-Design within a reasonable time after the customer has discovered the error.

6.2 PD-Design reserves the right to replace or refund the amount of faulty goods at its discretion.

7.1 By making a purchase, the customer agrees that PD-Design stores and processes personal data in accordance with current data protection legislation.

8.1 PD-Design is not responsible for delays or incorrect delivery caused by circumstances beyond its control, such as war, natural disasters, strikes or other similar events.

9. Applicable Law
9.1 These terms of purchase and all agreements between the customer and PD-Design are governed by Swedish law.
